The plan pays the rent due under the terms of a tenancy within 15 days of the rent due date in the event that the tenant fails to do so. It is significantly better to other available schemes where the cover provided is often subject to substantial excess on the policy and restrictions on when cover will commence from.

Because we pay the rent if the tenant does not it means we both have the same motives to ensure we find the right tenant.
